system. Operator can preset the impact height. It also can prevent
the secondary impact and lift the hammer to the target height
automatically. The height of the hammer is displayed all the time.
XJL Drop Hammer Impact Testing Machine is of high reliability and
precision. It meets with the technical requirements on ISO3127, ISO 6603, ISO4422, ISO 11343, ISO 8256 , ISO 16422, ASTM
D2444, ASTM D3763, ASTM D7136, EN 744, EN 1411, etc.
Test Procedure:
1. Adjust the height of the V-shaped specimen holder by controlling
the lifting bar on the side of the foundation, and then put the
specimen (pipe) on the holder.
2. Adjusting the height of the specimen (pipe) manually.
3. Adjusting the zero setting automatically.
4. Setting the height of the impact hammer, and lift the hammer to
its default height.
5. Drop the hammer.
