Working principle:
The main machine employs a six-column frame structure with four
columns and two lead screws. The upper crossbeam and lower
crossbeam form the stretching space, while the lower crossbeam and
worktable constitute the compression space. Composed of an
electrical controller, servo valve, load sensor, displacement
sensor, extensometer, and computer, it forms a closed-loop servo
control system. This system can automatically and precisely control
the testing process and automatically measure test parameters such
as test force, displacement, and deformation.

High-precision Measurement
Featuring high-precision load sensors, displacement sensors, and
extensometers, it enables accurate measurement of parameters like
force, displacement, and deformation during testing. The force
value accuracy typically reaches ±0.5%.
Diverse Control Modes
It supports multiple control modes, including force control,
deformation control, and displacement control. During the test, it
can seamlessly switch between different modes as per the preset
program.
Broad Speed Range
Capable of stepless speed adjustment from extremely low to
relatively high rates, it meets the loading rate requirements for
various materials and test types. The speed range generally spans
0.05–200 mm/min.
Automatic Control and Data Processing
The testing process is automatically managed via computer software,
which can automatically collect, record, and process test data. It
calculates test results such as specified non-proportional
elongation strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus, and
elongation, and can display real-time test curves and generate
printed test reports.
Multifunctional Testing
Beyond tensile tests for prestressed concrete steel, it can perform
various mechanical property tests—including compression, bending,
and shearing—on other metals, non-metals, and components by
replacing fixtures and auxiliary tools.
