ZRS-2 Hot wire tester

Scope of application

The heating wire tester heats the specified material (Ni80/Cr20) and the shape of the heating wire (Φ4mm nickel-chromium wire) to the test temperature (550℃~960℃) 1 min, then sets the pressure (0.95±0.1 N)30 s of vertical burning samples.

To determine the ignition risk of electrical and electronic equipment products depending on whether the test and bedding start burning or hold burning time；Determine flammability, ignition temperature (GWIT), flammability and flammability index (GWFI) solid insulating materials and other solid combustible materials is also applicable to the industry of insulating materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials.
